Webory focuses on publicly accessible website data. We do not guarantee that every website or data source
can be accessed, extracted, monitored, or delivered.

controls that affect data availability or project feasibility.
Data may be delivered in formats such as CSV, Excel, JSON, Google Sheets, API, CRM-ready files,
ecommerce-ready files, or another agreed format.
Delivery timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project, number of sources, number of records,
website structure, and required data cleaning.
Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, volume, number of websites, update frequency,
and delivery requirements.
Payment terms will be agreed before the project begins. Webory may require full or partial payment
before starting work.
Webory aims to deliver clean and structured data according to the agreed project scope.
If errors are found in the delivered data, the client must notify Webory within the agreed review period.
Revisions are limited to the original agreed scope.
Changes to the project scope may require an additional quote.
For recurring monitoring or scheduled extraction projects, Webory will make reasonable efforts
to maintain the data flow.
However, websites may change structure, block access, remove data, update content, or become unavailable.
These changes may require adjustments, additional development, or a revised quote.
Webory retains ownership of its internal methods, workflows, scripts, processes, tools, and know-how.
The client receives the delivered dataset or output files according to the agreed project scope and payment terms.
Webory is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits,
loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data.
Webory’s total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client
for that specific project, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Webory may collect publicly available data from third-party websites based on client instructions.
Webory does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy,
availability, terms, or changes.
You may not use Webory services for:
Webory may suspend or terminate a project if the client violates these Terms, fails to provide required
information, does not make payment, or requests work that Webory considers inappropriate or unlawful.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
