Permitted business use
Use the service for the lawful product information workflows covered by your active subscription and approved source licenses. Observe rate limits, user access limits and destination permissions.
Prohibited activity
Do not bypass access restrictions, access another subscriber’s data, share account credentials, scrape the Webory service, reverse engineer security controls, introduce malicious code, perform abusive load tests or use the service to facilitate fraud.
Personal and restricted data
Catalog subscriptions are intended for product information. Do not request or upload sensitive personal information, private account records, authentication secrets or data you are not authorized to provide.
Redistribution
Do not resell, sublicense or publish bulk catalog datasets, create a competing data service, or train models on subscribed data unless the relevant license expressly permits that use.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate and restrict activity that presents a credible security, legal or service risk. Report suspected misuse or a security issue to support@web-ory.com with enough detail to investigate, without exposing credentials or unrelated personal information.
