This notice explains how Webory handles personal information on its website and in subscription inquiries and accounts. Information we collect
Information may include your name, business email, company, phone number if supplied, website, catalog requirements, account identifiers and correspondence. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, device information, request logs and cookies. Do not submit passwords, source-site credentials or sensitive personal information in forms.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to requests, confirm coverage, set up and administer subscriptions, support users, secure the service and satisfy legal obligations. Where applicable, legal bases include steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations and consent for optional communications.
Required and optional fields
Fields marked as required are needed to respond to your request or administer your account. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to complete a request without it. Marketing consent, where requested, is separate from service access and may be withdrawn.
Sharing and international processing
Service providers may process information for website hosting, accounts, email, support and billing. The website uses Shopify. Providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, required safeguards are used for cross-border transfers. We do not sell inquiry or account personal information. A current description of relevant providers and safeguards can be requested by email.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the inquiry, account or contractual relationship and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion or information about the retention period that applies to your data. Catalog-history retention is governed separately by your subscription agreement.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. Israeli law includes applicable access and correction rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required.
Security and third-party destinations
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the processing involved, but no system is entirely secure. A connected store or ERP is controlled by its own operator and subject to its own privacy arrangements. Any processor relationship requiring a data processing agreement must be documented before relevant production processing.
