Everything you need
to get connected.

A practical guide to catalog subscriptions, source freshness, trials and integrations.

How are catalogs, products and categories counted?+

One catalog is one approved source. Each unique source SKU counts once in your account, even across several categories or destinations; a variant with its own SKU counts separately. A tracked category includes its descendants; an entire catalog counts as one selected root. Products inside it still count toward your product allowance.

What happens when I reach my allowance?+

Paid overages are opt-in. Without approval, new products wait for your decision. Additional catalogs, products and categories use the monthly rates on the pricing page. Updates to an existing product do not count as new products.

Do I need to build or run a scraper?+

No. Webory is a subscription to maintained online product catalogs. Select available sources, categories and fields, then receive ongoing updates. We do not offer customer-run or one-off scraping projects.

Can I subscribe to just part of a catalog?+

Yes. Your subscription can cover an entire available catalog, selected categories or a filtered product set. You can choose eligible fields such as SKUs, titles, variants, prices, availability, descriptions, images and specifications.

Are updates instant?+

Event-enabled sources can support near-real-time delivery after a change becomes available and is processed. Other sources refresh on their published schedule. Source outages, validation and destination API limits can introduce delays. We confirm the refresh method before activation.

Does Webory cover every manufacturer?+

Our model is global, but availability is source-specific. The source, region, permitted fields and refresh method must be confirmed before a subscription starts. You can request coverage for a manufacturer that is not yet listed.

What happens after the 14-day trial?+

The trial starts when your approved catalog subscription is activated. It ends after 14 days unless you explicitly choose a paid plan. No credit card is required and there is no automatic paid conversion.

Can Webory overwrite my own product content?+

Your approved mapping and update rules determine which fields can change. You can protect your own titles, margins or descriptions. Destination writes require a configured connection and explicit authorization.

Do you provide one-time files or custom scraping?+

No. The core service is continuing online catalog access and updates. Any API or connector is a delivery method for an active subscription, not a standalone extraction project.

Are platform integrations available immediately?+

Integration scope is verified during onboarding. A platform logo identifies a target ecosystem, not a certified partnership or a guarantee of a ready-made connector. Some destinations require API access, configuration or a custom Enterprise connector.
