Delivery methods, including API access, CSV / JSON export and platform connections, are confirmed for your setup before activation. Custom development is quoted separately. Media storage and download allowances are specified in your order.

Every plan delivers changes after they reach our catalog; source detection follows the refresh method available for that manufacturer.

What is a source?
One approved manufacturer website or catalog feed. Separate regional catalogs may count as separate sources.
What is a product record?
A subscribed SKU or distinct variant. The limit measures active subscribed records, not repeated updates to the same SKU.
What is a destination?
One connected storefront, business-system instance or approved API delivery endpoint.
Additional source licenses, custom connector work and premium third-party access are quoted separately. We confirm any additional cost before activation.

A few practical details.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
The trial starts when your approved catalog subscription is activated. It ends after 14 days unless you explicitly choose a paid plan. No credit card is required and there is no automatic paid conversion.
Are updates instant?+
Event-enabled sources can support near-real-time delivery after a change becomes available and is processed. Other sources refresh on their published schedule. Source outages, validation and destination API limits can introduce delays. We confirm the refresh method before activation.
Can Webory overwrite my own product content?+
Your approved mapping and update rules determine which fields can change. You can protect your own titles, margins or descriptions. Destination writes require a configured connection and explicit authorization.
