What your subscription covers
The applicable order form specifies approved sources, territories, fields, categories, destinations and uses. Catalog access is a license for the stated use during the subscription, not a transfer of ownership of source content.
Source onboarding
A source must pass coverage, feasibility and rights review before activation. Public availability alone does not establish unrestricted reuse rights. Webory may decline, restrict or remove a source where permissions, technical availability or applicable requirements prevent continuing delivery.
Product images and brand content
Manufacturer images, descriptions, datasheets and trademarks may carry separate conditions. You must have the rights needed to publish content on your destinations. A subscription does not make you an authorized reseller of the manufacturer’s products.
Attribution and provenance
Preserve required attribution, source identifiers and notices. Do not misrepresent the origin or freshness of data. Source timestamps and processing timestamps may differ.
Corrections and rights requests
Rights holders may contact support@web-ory.com with the affected source, specific content, claimed right and contact details. We will review credible requests and may limit affected access while investigating.
End of access
After subscription expiry, continued access and updates stop. Any retention or use of previously received content remains subject to the agreed source license and applicable law. Deletion or return requirements in an order form continue to apply.
