About these terms
These terms cover Webory’s website and business catalog-subscription service. Webory can be contacted at support@web-ory.com, Alumot 6, Omer Industrial Park, Israel. The contracting legal entity and its registration details must be identified in the applicable order form before a paid subscription begins. A signed order form takes precedence where it expressly changes these terms.
The subscription service
The service provides ongoing online access to approved product catalogs and updates for selected sources, categories and fields. It is not a bespoke scraping service or a one-time data delivery project. Each subscription is limited to its agreed source coverage, destinations, active records, territory and permitted uses.
Source availability and freshness
Source content, availability and permissions can change. “Live” describes a continuing connection; it does not guarantee immediate delivery from every source. Event-enabled feeds and scheduled feeds have different refresh methods. Processing, source outages and destination restrictions may delay updates. A guaranteed service level applies only where agreed in a signed order form.
Trial and activation
A free trial lasts 14 consecutive days from confirmed activation, includes two approved sources, five tracked categories, one destination and up to 500 product records, and does not require a credit card. Requests are subject to coverage and feasibility review. A trial does not convert to a paid subscription without express approval. Access ends at trial expiry unless a paid subscription is agreed.
Fees and renewals
Website plan prices are quoted in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Paid service begins only after you approve an order or checkout that states the billing currency, term, taxes and renewal arrangement. Annual billing is upfront. Renewal charges and any additional source or connector fees must be disclosed before approval. There are no automatic overage charges without consent.
Account and destination responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, safeguard account access and grant only the destination permissions needed for the approved connection. You are responsible for reviewing field mapping, protecting fields that should not be overwritten, and ensuring that your stores and systems can receive the agreed updates.
Data license and third-party rights
Access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use subscribed data for the approved business purpose during the subscription. Rights in third-party text, images, trademarks and databases remain with their owners. Access to information does not itself grant image-republication, brand-distribution or resale rights. Any wider license must be expressly agreed.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, share credentials, harvest personal data, interfere with the service, or resell or redistribute the catalog as a competing data service without written permission. The acceptable use and data licensing policies form part of these terms.
Suspension, cancellation and termination
You may request cancellation through the account channel when available or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term unless otherwise agreed or legally required. We may suspend access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, giving notice where reasonably possible. See the cancellation policy for details.
Accuracy and liability
Product information originates from third parties and may contain errors. You remain responsible for checking suitability, product claims, availability and commercial decisions. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect losses; Webory’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, or mandatory statutory rights.
Privacy, changes and governing law
Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect. Israeli law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights and any dispute provisions in a signed order form. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution.
